Questions

Can I make text appear only for a few seconds?

Yes: each text has a From and To time in seconds. Leave them at 0 and the video's length to show it all the way through.

Will the text be readable on a busy video?

Pick "Dark box behind" or "Outline": both stay readable on bright and moving backgrounds. Large and Extra large suit phones.

Can I add my logo as a watermark?

Yes: add a PNG (a transparent one looks best), pick the corner, its size and how see-through it is.

Is the text editable later?

No, it is burned into the picture, which is what makes it show everywhere. Keep your original file to change it. For captions people can switch off, make subtitles with the transcript tools.
