Can I download any YouTube Shorts video?
Download only videos you made or have permission to use. Re-uploading someone else's video can break copyright and the platform's rules.
Will the Short stay vertical?
Yes. Shorts are stored as vertical video, so the MP4 is 9:16 as uploaded.
Can I turn a long video into Shorts instead?
