Credits: pay only for cloud work
Every tool on Cuescribe is free and runs on your device. Credits pay only for jobs that run on our server and cost us money: cloud transcription (1 credit a minute) and extra link lookups after the day's free ones (2 each). Buy a pack once; credits never expire.

What uses credits
- Cloud transcription: 1 credit per started minute of the file (a 4:47 talk uses 5). Pick "Cloud" under Accuracy on a transcript page. It is fast on phones and uses the most accurate model we offer, Whisper large-v3-turbo.
- Extra link lookups: a pasted link whose captions only a paid service can read costs 2 credits, but only after the day's free ones are used (5 a day per person), and only when captions come back.
Everything else stays free with no limit, including transcribing on your own device.
What happens to your audio
Only for cloud jobs: the sound (never the picture) is compressed on your device, sent to our server in parts, transcribed by Whisper large-v3-turbo on Cloudflare Workers AI and not kept. You pay for the minutes that were transcribed; if you stop a job, the rest of the credits stay yours.
Your credit code
There are no accounts: credits belong to this browser's credit code. Save it to use your credits on another device or after clearing your browser's data.
…Anyone who has the code can spend its credits, so keep it private. Payments are handled by Whop; we receive the payment's id and which pack was bought, never your card. Privacy · Terms
