How to get your export free, from the platform; it takes minutes to a day
- In Instagram, open Settings, then Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
- Choose Download or transfer information, your Instagram account, then Some of your information → Followers and following.
- Choose Download to device, date range All time, format JSON (HTML works too), then Create files.
- Instagram tells you when it's ready. Download the ZIP and drop it here as it is.
- In TikTok, open your profile, the menu, then Settings and privacy → Account → Download your data.
- Choose JSON (TXT works too) and Request data.
- When the Download data tab shows it's ready, download the ZIP and drop it here.
- On X, open Settings → Your account → Download an archive of your data and confirm it's you on X.
- X takes a day or more. Download the ZIP and drop it here.
- X's archive lists accounts by number, not by name: each one opens on X.
Menu names can differ a little between the app and the website. We never see your password: you download your own data from the platform.
You unfollow, follow and message on the platform yourself: each profile opens in one tab, and this page keeps your place. Instagram doesn't publish its limits; careful tools keep to a few dozen an hour and the low hundreds a day, with breaks. If the platform warns you, stop for a day. Cuescribe doesn't log in to your account, act on it, or answer for what a platform does.

Questions
How do I see who doesn't follow me back on Instagram?
Ask Instagram for your followers and following (Accounts Center, Your information and permissions, Download your information; JSON, all time), drop the ZIP it sends you here, and open "Don't follow you back". The steps for TikTok and X are on the page.
Do I have to log in or give my password?
No. You download your own data from the platform, and this page only reads that file in your browser. We never see your password, never log in to your account and never upload the file.
Can it unfollow people for me automatically?
No, on purpose. Unfollowing by bot is against Instagram's terms and gets accounts limited. Each name opens the profile in one tab and you press Unfollow yourself; the list ticks it off and keeps your place, even after you close the page.
How many people can I unfollow a day without being blocked?
Instagram doesn't publish a limit, and it depends on the account's age and history. Careful tools keep to a few dozen an hour and the low hundreds a day, with breaks; if Instagram shows a warning, stop for a day or two. The page tells you when you have opened 30 profiles in an hour.
Can I see who unfollowed me?
Yes, by comparing two exports of the same account: press "Remember this export for next time", then drop a newer export another day (or drop an older one now). The page lists who stopped following you and who started in between. Comparing exports is part of Pro.
Can it thank new followers?
It lines them up. The New followers list has a Message button that copies your saved reply with their name and opens your conversation with them on Instagram or X; you paste it and send it yourself. Nothing is sent automatically.
