Podcast episode to YouTube video
Drop the episode and its cover art, add the chapters (paste them, or let us suggest them from a transcript) and get the whole episode as a video: the cover, the title, the chapter that is playing and what comes next, with a progress bar. Viewers can see what each part is about, and the chapter list for the description is one click. The picture only changes when it needs to, so an hour-long episode is made in minutes. Nothing is uploaded.

Questions
Why not just upload the audio with a still picture?
A still logo tells a viewer nothing about what they are listening to. Showing the chapter that is playing and the one coming next, with chapters in the description, lets people jump to the part they came for, and YouTube shows the chapters on the progress bar.
Where do the chapters come from?
Paste them one per line ("0:00 Intro", "12:30 Listener questions"), as you may already have them in your show notes. Or drop a transcript (SRT, VTT or text with timestamps) and chapters are suggested at the natural breaks; rename them so each title says what the part is about. No transcript yet? The transcriber makes one in your browser.
Is my audio re-encoded?
MP3 and M4A (AAC) sound is copied as it is, so the video sounds exactly like your file. WAV and other formats are encoded once to AAC at high quality.
Is there a watermark or a length limit?
No watermark, and no length cap from us. The finished video is held in the tab until it downloads, so a very long episode needs memory for the whole file.
What does the video look like?
Your cover art on the left over a blurred copy of it, the show name and episode title on the right, then the chapter that is playing (in colour) and the next one with its time, and a progress bar with a clock and a mark at every chapter. 1080p or 720p, 16:9.
How do the chapters show on YouTube?
Copy the chapter list into the video description. YouTube makes chapters when the first one is at 0:00, there are at least three, and each lasts at least 10 seconds; the page checks that for you.
